We are currently seeking a VoIP Engineer to join our fast paced, entrepreneurial and profitable company.
R&R is a team of experienced engineers providing VoIP facility outsourcing services to major telephony carriers worldwide. We focus on delivering advanced VoIP solutions that provide the highest level of stability, security and productivity. We manage technology infrastructure for our clients, so they can focus on growing revenues.
VoIP Engineer is a member of the core team and will primarily be responsible for analyzing VoIP call flows (H.323 and SIP) and providing technical resolution to problems. Position exposes applicant to all depths of VoIP analysis providing unmatched opportunity to jump start career in next-gen telephony. R&R is using latest softswitching technology from a market leader Sonus Networks.
Additional responsibilities will depend on applicant’s background, ability to learn new technologies and level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot client user issues. Answer phone calls, instant messages from clients requiring support.
• Filter Wireshark traces and analyze SIP and H.323 messages.
• Complete project work assigned by the Manager.
General Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Proven ability to resolve advanced technical issues.

Intermediate to Expert
